The Thomas Jefferson Health Levittown Consolidation project included an 11,000 SF fit-out located in Fairless Hills, PA. The original location was multiple retail spaces that were demolished to create one large 11,000 SF space. The project consisted of new concrete on 50% of the space along with new framing and drywall throughout. The existing utilities into the space all had to be upgraded to accommodate the new usage, which included new power and water supplies. All new finishes can be seen in the 20+ new exam rooms varying in size. A large waiting area leads into a centralized check in/check out. Two nurses' stations were installed to serve both the east and west side of the space.
