IMC Construction's Special Projects Division successfully transformed approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space at Valley Forge Center, creating three dynamic tenant spaces, including new locations for Trader Joe's and Five Below. The revitalization project was designed to enhance the shopping experience while attracting nationally recognized retailers to the center.

The scope included significant landlord improvements and infrastructure upgrades to support the new tenant fit-outs. Work encompassed enhancements to the electrical, domestic water, fire alarm, fire suppression, and sanitary systems, ensuring the facility met the operational requirements of the incoming retailers.

In addition to the interior improvements, the project featured a modernized façade that refreshed the appearance of the center and strengthened its market presence. The completed renovation revitalizes the property and supports the continued growth and success of this vibrant retail destination.
