SPD New Project: Good Counsel Building Demo at Malvern Preparatory School

IMC’s Special Projects Division started demolition on the Good Council building at the Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, PA. This is a five-phase design build project to enhance the school’s campus. In the first phase of this project, the removal of the 100-year-old building will open and expand upon the courtyard area that IMC completed in 2019. The next phases include renovations to the courtyard and Tollentine Hall, a ground-up counseling center, and a glass stair tower addition. The project team includes construction manager: IMC Construction, owner: Malvern Preparatory School, architect: McGillin Architecture, civil engineer: Nave Newell, Inc., mechanical engineer: Barry Isett & Associates, and structural engineer: O’Donnell & Naccarato.
