SPD Project Update: Phase 1 Complete for Thomas Jefferson University Health Levy Medical Office Building
IMC Construction’s Special Projects Division recently completed phase 1 at the Thomas Jefferson University Health Levy Medical Office Building for the new ENT and Oral Surgery Suite in Abington, PA.
This project includes a comprehensive transformation of 6,700 SF of space through phased construction. The team carried out full demolition, infrastructure upgrades, and finish installations to create a state-of-the-art suite that caters to the specific needs of ear, nose, throat, and oral surgery patients. The new suite will feature a range of specialized rooms, including exam rooms, procedure rooms, recovery rooms for post-surgery care, and custom audio and visual testing rooms for comprehensive diagnostics.
Simultaneously, temporary swing space and existing practice relocation have all been completed for this multi-phase project. As the construction of the final phase begins to reach its conclusion, this renovation project will result in a modern, efficient, and patient-centric ENT and oral Surgery suite that will enhance the healthcare services provided by Jefferson Health in Abington, PA.
