Marcus Hook Distribution Warehouse
Built on the former site of the American Viscose Corporation, once the largest supplier of rayon and the first company to produce artificial silk in the U.S., this project spans a 30-acre property. The development involved the demolition of approximately 700,000 square feet of original structures, including a 225-foot-tall smokestack. The site now features 92 truck docks, 132 on-site truck parking spaces, EV charging stations, and 40-foot-high interior spaces.
