This project included the interior renovation of the 24th Floor of 1700 Market Street in Philadelphia, PA for JLL. The project involved a comprehensive overhaul including demolition, new walls, office layout, and upgraded HVAC and electrical fixtures. Spanning 17,000 SF, the project demanded high-end finishes to meet client standards, requiring meticulous planning and execution within a tight schedule. Despite challenges, including working in occupied spaces and managing long lead items, the team ensured timely completion, delivering high-quality results that met client expectations and facilitated a smooth transition for JLL into their new office.
