Constructed on the site of the former American Viscose Corp, the largest supplier of rayon and the first company to manufacture artificial silk in the U.S.   It is a 30-acre property which included the demolition of approximately 700,000 square feet of original buildings and a 225-foot-tall smokestack.  Project includes 92 truck docks, 132 total truck parking on-site, EV chargers, and 40’ high interior space.
