UGI Energy is the anchor tenant for The Knitting Mills corporate campus. IMC converted an historic, 5-story, industrial building into modern Class A office space. Floor levels were removed to create a double-height lobby with grandstand seating and a clear-span top floor with a 35’ ceiling.
