Project Completed: Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School

IMC’s Special Projects Division (SPD) recently finished updating a new office location for Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS). This design-build project consists of an interior overhaul of an existing 20,000 SF building in West Chester. The two-story renovation consists of new ceiling tile, LED lighting, fresh paint, updated audio visual, new carpet, cubicles and office furniture, a new roof, and new mechanical systems. The exterior of the building now has a new monument sign, flag pole, and set of exterior stairs.
