Equus Capital Partners Headquarters
The ground-up headquarters for real estate investment manager Equus reflects the ecological ethos of the firm. Salvaged from another IMC/Equus project, 100-year-old wood subflooring and structural beams were repurposed as roof decking, flooring, treads for the monumental stair, decorative beams and wall accents.
