IMC completed this new, ground-up, North Penn Logistics Park for Logistics Property Company located in Hatfield Township, Pennsylvania. The project consists of two buildings designated for light industrial work purposefully placed on a 35-acre property. The two warehouse buildings are specifically located on the site for efficient truck traffic flow while preserving the natural existing wetlands. Multiple retention basins are utilized to maximize the protection of these existing wetlands. Warehouse A, approximately 165,000 SF and Warehouse B, approximately 168,000 SF were both constructed with tilt wall panels poured onsite, lifted in place, and tied together with structural steel. The warehouses boast 35’ clear height, clerestory windows, attractive exterior finishes, and sophisticated site lighting. They are appropriately connected with well-designed landscaping and monument directional signage. The site location provides easy access to major highways.
