The St. Martin's Campus was a multi-phase project working with the architect to establish budgets for each phase of work and to make sure that the design was on track. IMC gutted and renovated the pool snack bar to include a new seating area with fireplace, upgraded the swimming pool to a resort-style pool, constructed a new paddle tennis hut, renovated and expanded the paddle courts, and upgraded the existing squash court and locker rooms.
