The new ground-up, acute care, in-patient hospital is a prototype for other St. Luke’s hospitals. It contains an emergency department, trauma center, intensive care unit, surgical suite, clinical lab, clinical support space, secure holding suite, pharmacy and full diagnostic center.

IMC's Innovative Approach to Project Challenges
IMC needed to produce a highly complex facility within an unusually tight timeframe.
Rather than ordering pre-manufactured patient room headwall systems, IMC collaborated with trades to fabricate customized headwalls in a subcontractor’s nearby facility.
The exterior envelope of the building was similarly prefabricated from a location less than a mile from the construction site, shipped to the site upon completion and erected in seven days. The result in both cases was financial and time savings for the client.
